Product Description: Copper clad aluminum wire, commonly referred to as CCAW or CCA wire, is an electrical conductor composed of an internal aluminum core and an external copper clad layer. This combines the advantages of two metal materials on a single wire, combining the excellent conductivity of copper with the lightweight characteristics of aluminum, overcoming the shortcomings of aluminum wire and forming copper clad aluminum wire with good conductivity, low density, softness, corrosion resistance, easy welding, and low price. Thus developing into a new type of metal conductive material. CCA wires are divided into hard drawn (H) and annealed (A). According to the process, it can be divided into cladding CCA wire and plating CCA wire. The difference is the size of the copper content, which ranges from 5% to 25%.
